Requirements:
- Schooling Architecture (completed)
- Experience as Construction Control Resident (3 years)
- Living in Baja California Sur (Cabos San Lucas workplace)
Knowledge:
- Public works law and its regulations.
- Construction procedures, budgets and unit prices of work.
- Estimates of pieceworkers and subcontractors.
- Work progress estimates for clients.
- Preparation of reports and financial statements.
- Technical specifications and its regulations.
- Cost adjustments and work program.
- Constructive processes.
